Supervision
Clinical Supervision
My approach to supervision is attachment-focused, collaborative, and reflective. I offer a space to explore client work, ethical dilemmas, safeguarding considerations, relational dynamics, practitioner wellbeing, and professional development. I will encourage you to explore emotions, thoughts, and behaviours in order to enhance the work between you and your client. My aim is to create an environment in which the supervisee feels at ease to discuss difficulties or dilemmas in their work without feeling judged. It is very important to me that the supervisee feels respected, empowered, safe, and constructively challenged in the supervision space.
As a supervisor, I am trained in several supervision models including the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision and Inskipp & Proctor’s Clinical Supervision Model.
I am continuing to deepen my clinical knowledge through Optima’s Level 7 attachment-based training, which includes advanced work in attachment-focused psychotherapy, clinical supervision, couples therapy and working with trauma.
Availability
I offer face-to-face and online sessions Monday to Friday. I understand that life isn’t always predictable , especially for shift workers, so if you need flexibility, just let me know and we’ll find a way that works.
First session
During our first session together, we will go through the contract, each other’s roles and responsibilities, and discuss the needs and expectations of supervision to ensure we are on the same page and everything is understood.
Fees
Supervision sessions can be either hourly or 1.5 hour sessions to meet your requirements.
My fees reflect my on going training, therefore I offer £60 per hour.
